Redgram Nipping Machine
The battery operated nipping machine has been innovated Sri Sharnabasappa Patil to overcome labour problem while nipping in transplanted/wide row spacing redgram after 50 to 60 days after sowing.
  • The average cost of said machine is Rs 1200/-
  • Using this machine 1 ha area can be covered for a day using one man labour.
On an average Rs 1000/- can be saved per ha.

Low Cast Solar Fencing
The average economic loss of crop yield is 15% due to wild animal attack in Gulbarga district, to overcome this problem Sri Sharnabasappa Patil has innovated said technology
The average estimated cost of fencing for a unit area of 1 ha is Rs. 25000/-

    Advantages:
  • Instead of using 12 mm ST wire, 10 mm ST wire is used, which helps in getting 60% additional wire.
  • Adoption of sound alert system saves 25% of expenses in solar fencing.

Plastic Mulching Hole Maker
The 4” diameter iron pipe with perforated teeth at one end is used as plastic mulching hole maker . This hole maker is heated and used for making holes as shown in picture.
  • The average cost of said hole maker is Rs 130/-
  • Using this machine 1.5 acre area can be covered for a day using one man labour.
